Pryme Green Farm is an Urban farm start-up dedicated to the production of microgreens. Pryme Green Farm has been formed as an inner-city farm located in the north of Johannesburg. Pryme Green Farm is working hard to become a leading producer of microgreens for the natural supplement industry as well as fresh produce supplier to wholesalers and local restaurants.

Pryme Green uses a sprouts booster which is equivalent to 15-acre farm that concentrates on the growing of microgreens. Pryme Green has chosen microgreen species that have significant market demand. Pryme Green will feature Sun Flower, pea shoots, salad mix and radish.

Pryme Green, is a micro-greens production solution, using state of the art technology to reduce the cost of production and the adverse effects it has on the environment. Pryme green can produce 15 hectares of greens using a 10th of the water and electricity that traditional farming methods do. Having said that, the restaurant business is a multibillion-rand business in South Africa, and due to the industry being saturated by many traditional farmers, the older more established businesses still prefer traditional farming methods, this creates a hindrance for market penetration.
